Starbucks - Hernando

Literally ever time I've tried to purchase coffee they are out of something! Worse than McDonald's ice cream machine will never waste my time stopping here again.

Went in with family with all of us looking forward to a delicious java! We walked out with nothing (almost) ... their Espresso machine was NOT working! Don't know how long it had been like that but that's something that needs immediate attention! It's one thing if McDonald's ice cream machine isn't working ?Anyway my son wanted a cake pop (which they only had one kind left)... but he said it was AMAZING!! Makes me feel justified in giving the one mandatory star.

They are out of espresso. Are you Kidding me . Star bucks can't make me a coffee today cause there out . Who is in charge of this place . They offered me some coffee from a pot for $4.00 . I said dang man I'll go to the gas station . Fire this manager now !!!

Drove two hours to get here. They refused to serve us even though we were the only ones here they decided to choose 40 minutes early and didn't care.

This place is horrible, either they’re closed way early, out of everything, or something is broken. The employees aren’t bad but the store itself is awful. It must be terribly managed to be this bad.
