Espuma Artesanal - Hermosillo

Sonora does not have a long established culture of appreciation for craftsmanship. a few years ago, legislation has changed to allow the existence of microbrows in the state. espuma is a rare option for hermosillo. they have a pretty decent selection of national...and international craftsmen, but unfortunately no local options (like buqui b.) hopefully this will change soon. the servers are friendly and know that their product and prices are reasonable (60-100 peso area.) it is a small place in the city, but given the prices are above the student demographics that prevails against it, it seems much space always available.

My friends and I stopped while we were in the opposite to visit the plaza zaragoza (and wanted more than just the antojitos that they find in the plaza itself.) espuma artesanal is a nice bar and grill in the center of hermosillo where they have a wide choice and a reasonable choice of dinner dishes. our table ordered the veggie burger, the classic burger, the haussalat and an order of fritten, and all were to our joy. the animals on the hahn are listed on the wall near the bathroom. on the adjacent wall to the right are listed any special areas, and on the adjacent wall to the left are displayed candied and filled options. our only complicity was that it was a bit clogged. I don't think they have a climate system and they don't seem to run their evaporating cooler (if they have it) very high.

With a few colleagues for beer and snacks stopped on a business trip in hermosillo. we tried the local black ipa that was really nice, along with something hummus with chipotle also delicious! this place is very close to the...Cathedral and has a good location.

Our table ordered the veggie burger, classic burger, the house salad, and an order of fries, and all were to our liking. The beers on tap are listed on the wall near the bathrooms. Any specials are listed on the adjacent wall to the right, and canned and bottled options are on display on the adjacent wall to the left. Our only complaint was that it was a bit stuffy inside. I don't think they have air conditioning--and they don't seem to run their evaporative cooler (if they have that) very high.
