Bidra med feedbackHad technological problems with the app and called to make sure I wasn't charged for an order that didn't look like ot was placed. I called and was told that there was an order in. Over an hour later I called back because I never recieved an order. Iwasn't mad I just wanted to make sure I wasn't charged. Every time I called back i was hung up on and then also hung up on as Iwas talking to the manager there. I didn't mind not getting my order but having 6 pending charges on my card from tech issuesand someone telling me that an order did go through, then calling back to find out it didn't, then being hung up on each timewas not a good experience. It could have been fun with better customer service but I was hung up on more than once while I wasasking for help. I'll still get pizza from here but this was a bad experience for me. Super disappointed for the way I wastreated. :
Haven?t had Domino?s in well over a year or longer. Being in the neighborhood, we decided to give it a try. Loved it! Everything was hot really fresh! Got pizza the cheesy marinara with Parmesan bread twists really liked it. Definitely will orderagain.
Ordered a cheese pizza for my neice?I get home and she says uncle that was a weird pizza! No sauce?!? I called and started being sworn at and hung up on..upper management is no help. Good luck but I?d stay clear from this company and the local managementaround this location
I haven?t ordered from this location in over a year or so, but I?d thought I ?d give it a try again. The delivery driver brought the wrong order to my home, and the only explanation provided when asked about a refund was ?I must have been given the wrongorder?. I called the store and was offered a refund or to remake my pizza. I chose to have it remade, and delivery was promisedin 10-15 minutes. The same delivery driver returns with a lukewarm pizza. Obviously my pizza was not remade. Additionally, therewas no receipt on the box. I had to drive to the store, where the manager questioned if this was delivery order?!!? I wasultimately refunded my money. I ordered pizza fro a local spot that got it correct upon delivery and piping hot. Will not beback.
I ordered the pizzas by phone from a call center with a lot of background noise. The call taker was polite and spoke English. The call taker did not put the 20% discount on the order that is currently being offered. At the store, it was cleanand I saw an employee clean between pizzas coming out of the oven. There is a driver there, a big guy, that should be inmanagement. Polite, and he gives a great effort taking care of the customer, smiling the whole time. Good job Dominos!
