The Cottage - Hermann

We had such a wonderful time at the treehouses at The Cottages! The hosts provided clear directions about how to get in, where to park, Wi-Fi, extra blankets etc.We stayed in their largest treehouse which was a perfect cozy getaway for both sides of grandparents, us, and our two kids. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed all the windows and hearing the rain outside, watching the trees blow in the breeze. Two bathrooms was helpful and the mini fridge made it easy to put dinner away after snacks and games we brought for the evening.The location is great for feeling close to nature and having privacy but being super close to restaurants and things to do! Thanks Keely, Lee and family for the wonderful memories!

Great Hosts. Weekend Getaway at The Sunrise Treehouse at the Cottage neat place. Peaceful. Perfect space for two people. Delicious Strawberries and Champagne. Wonderful scones, quiche, and muffins. Near place to unwind and read a book. Lots of together time too??? Beautiful views outside and inside.

We went during the winter and messaged ahead of time to be sure they had heating and could accommodate us with heating. We were told yes. We got there and the heater wasn’t working — it was so cold! The water didn’t work due to being frozen. We left early and got no money back.

The tree house is beautifully designed and comfortable. Breakfast was fine but some fresh fruit would have been welcomed as well as another juice option. Providing decaf coffee and non flavored creamer would have also been a plus. We very much enjoyed daybreak from our perch.

Great place Adorable cabin clean hot tub was great stars were beautiful outside Absolutely loved would highly recommend! Loved the fairy lights and coziness of the cabin, had a deer show up right outside!
