Since the restaurant of the hotel waldesrand was exceptionally closed, we went to the center of herford for dinner and discovered this bistro restaurant, obviously a spot for “local”, young and old. more pleasant, though quite slower service with a friendly waitress at all customers. schnitzel (various sorts roast) or beef (from 200 g to 400 g), accompanied by sweet, salat and pommes, the menu is limited (it is first line a bistro), but the quality is excellent to more than democratic praises. a Chilean wine for 14 € the bottle and local beer for the thirst. but foresight: how so often in Germany has leib
