Ross Labels Cafe

Appreciated the option of having Alpro oat milk in my mocha which was very nice and at the right temperature and stayed warm whilst I drank it. Hubby enjoyed his hot chocolate and his bacon brie and cranberry toastie. Nice he said. I thought my...cheese and tomato toastie (panini bread) with sesame seeds was gorgeous. Toasties came with French fries and salad in a very strong vinaigrette. Very clean with tables sanitised in between customers. Happy staff.

The caffe ordered the cheesecake, when the content was served, was not cooked enough, and it contains eggs that had cappuccino that many sprinkles of the chocolate had to take some away from it, the tee was so weak, even...the squeezing of the tea bag made no difference. but to be fair, the manager sorted there is another option

Popped in to search the load that was a disappointment and decoded after the cafe was not inspired to try the deli cafe in laithwaites in the ground floor. two disgusting coworkers, older lady was almost annoyed she had customers, she made. Drinks for sitting customers and was in a hurry, so I pulled to leave them a clear way to the tables, but she decided to move behind me although I obviously moved that away to give her a better away. she seemed to choose the most unpleasant way to go on. the younger woman who served was similar surly, as if a customer were a great inconvenience for her. ordered a black americano and an earl grey with a tiny amount of lean milk with a black and lickworst role....who read back ‘so they want earl grey tee and normal tea’ was corrected...we were pressed for the time, so went out. eg tee was more milk with a hauch tee! I have too car and tee was also not with lean milk and tasted terrible, as far as my wife could not drink it. my coffee was terribly weak and so both drinks ended after a swallow in the heck and thrown into the müll. Sausage roll that we hoped would be delicious delin, but was sad so full of fat, it also went into the container. all in all a complete waste of money and combined with the sad condition of the load, we will not return again.

Café is located in a shopping shop. beautiful selection on menu for lunch or only snack and coffee. we had a pizza to share, which was very good. with couples and families eating at lunch, so must have a good call.

We went to the shop also disappointing) and thought we'd have lunch while there. There was one large menu and you went to the counter to order not sure if that is OK these days). We chose the all day breakfast, to be...told they had no bacon !! We had to look again at the menu and chose scampi and a steak pie. Our coffee was given to us to take to our table which we had to find for ourselves. Lots of tables were still covered in crockery. There was one bottle of hand sanitiser at the end of the counter. Our food was brought to us by a young man and it was quite nice, nothing special. We noticed the lady who had served us at the counter came out to clear the tables, so they obviously do not have enough staff. We won't be hurrrying back.
