Edit: The manager has been in touch to refund our deposit. He kindly apologised for the error and for the fact they were short staffed due to sickness. I would happily eat here again. Food was excellent and we had several different servers who were all very pleasant, however service was very slow. When ordering extra drinks they took a long time to come. When requesting to see the dessert menu they eventually brought 3 menus over for our party of 8. When we asked to order dessert we were told they would have to check with the kitchen since they were very busy. The restaurant was about as busy as you would expect for a Saturday evening but seems they didn’t have enough staff. Deposit was £10 per head so we were already at £80 on arrival and you do not get that taken off the bill.

We came here last year for our annual Christmas family meal. It was so good, we came again this year. Staff were so lovely, very helpful and happy to explain the menu. Food was superb, you could really tell the high quality of ingredients, the beef was Herefordshire! Kids adored the mock-tails. I really hope more people support this independent restaurant, it’s one of our favourite restaurants. Thank you for a lovely evening Meal type: Dinner

Lovely place and great people but if I’m honest, I’m not keen on the super small portions. we ordered the £50ish sharer for 2 and a side. I didn’t know the Ribeye steak came out frozen and wafer thin. taste was lovely but it just wasn’t my cup of tea. Have been meaning to come for a few months. It did not disappoint. Had a selection from the bbq, sushi and small plates and everything was really tasty and special. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Can’t wait come back, we really enjoyed our visit. Made even better that it’s proudly independent! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

On a school break from Bristol, it was our first time Korean dining. The Manager and Staff were amazing guiding us through the BBQ process and the food was fantastic. We both loved the whole experience and evening. Although we were early evening walk in's I strongly recommend booking as we were lucky to get a vacated table. Thank you. 10/10 Service: Dine in
