The service at this restaurant is very slow. I waited outside in my car for several minutes before someone finally came to take my order. A word of caution: be cautious about ordering at night because they may take a long time to attend to you, only to inform you that you need to place your order through their mobile app and not through the drive-thru. This can be quite frustrating, especially for those who don't want to download an app and just want to enjoy a late-night meal. Additionally, the staff can sometimes be disrespectful.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff was very helpful and the management was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely order from here again in the future.

Trieb thru was opened only. I had to repeat the order several times. ordered unsweetened icestee, paid for and to the window for eating and said they did not have the icestee. for sweet icy.

Came here around ish January and I’d like to say that the two gentleman that took care of me were extremely nice and they made my order perfectly! I’ve been to this location many times but haven’t came here in quite a while because my order was wrong so many times and some of the employees didn’t seem very thrilled to be working they were never rude but just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Again It’s been a while since I’ve been here but the crew that is working now is right on point! I hope the owner is paying them very well because they deserve it! Having good employees like that who are extremely friendly, get the order correct and give off the vibe that they like their job are hard to find and you definitely have a really great crew so don’t loose them! I own a small business too so I really know how hard it is to find great employees like these guys. The drive through line moved super fast. Keep up the good work fellas!To the people complaining about being in the drive thru line too long have some consideration for the workers! Every business is hurting for employees and the employees that are working are working harder than ever. It’s amazing how impatient and rude people can be! So what if it takes an extra minutes to get ur food they are working hard to make everyone’s food wouldn’t you rather wait and extra few minutes so your order is correct? Just relax they didn’t forget about you they are busy!

Had to wait in the drive thru for at least to minutes! This is supposed to be fastfood should not have taken that long! Saw people on their phones as well instead of doing their job! dollars an hour for slow and bad service. Ridiculous.
