Mcdonald's - Henrico

I received the wrong order completely. I sent the teenagers back inside to resolve it, but they were refused service. Then, my grandmother went in to ask for the owner's phone number, but the staff misled her and said it was the woman inside. This was untrue. A man came out and absurdly claimed that my honor students were being hostile. They were not. I asked again for the owner's number but never received it. He did say he would provide the drinks I ordered since they were part of combos and handed me my sandwich. This location has a very unwelcoming atmosphere and the staff were quite rude. They mishandled the food, taking it in and out of the bag multiple times, which only added to the mistake. If they dislike their jobs, they should consider quitting! This McDonald's is undoubtedly the worst I've ever visited! I've been here before, but this time was an absolute disaster. The staff was unprofessional and kept making excuses for their mistakes. To top it off, they wanted to charge us 27 cents for each extra sauce, even though we didn't receive the correct amount of sauce that should have come with our meal.

"I've noticed that you often forget to include straws with my drinks, and there's usually something missing from my order, like the fries."

The staff at this restaurant are quite unfriendly. They don't express gratitude or wish you a good day, and they hardly acknowledge your presence. I ordered a Happy Meal through the drive-thru for my grandson, but when he opened it, there was no toy included. I came back later to retrieve the toy, and the employee who handed it to me didn't apologize for the oversight or the inconvenience. In fact, he didn't say anything at all. It feels like the staff here either haven't been properly trained or just don't care.
