Fries Luke warm, chicken sandwich cooked awhile. Take out in line and parked in parking lot.This has limited parking area as did one of ours in Williamsburg. That store tore down and replaced on two lots. Great service after redo. Monticello one.Last night it was busy but abt 8:00 pm. Maybe cooked ahead and weren’t at their freshest.Will try again.
Ordered drive-thru for my family of 6. Chick fil a has great employees. The meal was great, too. We absolutely loved the chicken bites with and without sauce. ? Kid-friendliness: Chicken nuggets meal for family was great. This restaurant has kid friendly/approved items on the menu -i.e Mac n cheese
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive through with no help then was lied to by Ben K about why no one came and helped
