Why is this one now closed..... This sucks ... Cheese wedges mmm

11/6/2023: PERMANENTLY CLOSED. O'Charley's is known for good, consistent food with a menu that will please anyone. Great place to go with friends. The food has always been consistent and properly prepared. But... On our recent visit the rice with my wife's dinner was somewhat undercooked and crunchy. Just as she realized that, a manager stopped to see if all of our meals were OK. My wife said her rice was not done. He apologized and went to the kitchen. A couple of minutes later he returned, agreed the rice did not meet their standards, took the cost of her meal off the bill, AND provided a correctly prepared replacement meal at no cost. Wow. Incredible customer focus. Give them a try. (Rating based on similar restaurants. Visited again 5/21 for their 3-course special. Food was plentiful and properly prepared. Our waitress was excellent. Definitely worth visiting. 9/27/2023 update: Food is still good, but unremarkable. Cup if soup is now tiny, like a small coffee cup. BlackBerry cobbler was mostly syrup with not much fruit. Menu is smaller than pre-pandemic. I have concerns...

The food was great, served in a timely manner. The waitress had a really cute personality. Enjoyed our experience.

We have done dinner pickup twice this past month here and the food seems to be hit or miss. The first time was so good we got it again later in the month. But the second time the chicken was so over cooked I ended up giving most of it to my doggo -who loved it so it was a win for him

1, my coleslaw was frozen as you can see for yourself,2. my fries was cold, 3.the food was over cooked and also a choke hazard. The only good thing was my waitress so I gave her a good tip she tried to offer me something else but I refused it was clear they were short staffed only two people working in the kitchen. But that is no excuse for the poor quality of food and presentation the restaurant wasn 't even crowded and I still had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. Don 't bother sending me a message it 's clear that everyone here gets the same message when you complain. Kuddos to the cook and manager for this review
