O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Four of us went to this huge restaurant as my grandson wanted Ribs on his first day back from camp. We made a bad error in choosing this place. It certainly looked promising with a spacious dining room and a varied restaurant menu. Two of the four dishes arrived in an edible state, and the bartender who made us to Margaritas which were small but quite nice, ended up delivering the food as a runner. As I said two of the four plates were edible, and the other two, a rib and steak combo and a steak entree were so far off mark, that they shouldn’t have been served at all. Both steaks were cooked nicely, with proper cross marks on one side, but the opposite side was served pale gray and raw. Both steaks the same and the cook should have turned in his grilling permit! The ribs on one of the plates was over cooked, refrigerated and recooked beyond being edible. The waitress, upon us asking for a check asked if everything was ok, and peered down on our uneaten plates, asking if we wanted to wrap it up…we laughed. We don’t understand how such a large restaurant can stay open. Perhaps this was an off night but we won’t be back ever. Shame on the manager who saw two uneaten plates with uncooked steaks (obviously) and uneaten ribs not to at least question what had happened. We didn’t ask for any compensation, and left the waitress a 20% gratuity . Hope if you go you have a better experience!

Very nice staff, clean restaurant, and quick service. Not disappointed with the smash burger and awesome kids menu choices. Great location to stop before getting into the mountains, the construction, and heavy traffic.

Service was ok but the food was horrible. We ordered 2 campfire potatoes and they were blueish/green and hard. They were not done! I told the waitress and ordered fries to replace the campfire potatoes and they were over done! Was the chef trying to say something here?! My daughter ordered mac n cheese and it was not good at all. There was no cheese on them, just dry noodles. 3 smash burgers were ordered and they looked as tho they were cooked in an oven? Thats not smash burgers at all! They were gray and wasn't browned. Just not impressed at all, dont think we'll be back.

A little too empty, so not re-assuring at first glance. The server was great while being attentive; perhaps a distant table across the restaurant caused some delay, but overall not bad. The food was awesome... my absolute favorite Caesar salad dressing.

It is one of the better O'Charleys I have had. Erica was a wonderful server.
