Starbucks - Henderson

I visited the restaurant today at 12:15 AM, and we were charged more for the small drink than for the large one. When we pointed this out, the staff replied, "Of course, there are price increases, and they don't inform us!" There was an extremely rude older blonde woman who made the experience even worse. This place is a disaster; don't waste your money here!

I was surprised when they tried to charge me an extra fee for not adding extra water to my tea. I've never encountered this issue at any other locations. A Trenta costs nearly $5, and they dilute it with water. The manager was unavailable because she had an appointment when her rude colleague called her. They claimed that other places had been charging me incorrectly and that they were supposed to charge me more for extra tea. Now that I’m here and not being charged extra, I feel they aren't training their staff properly.

We arrived at the restaurant after driving from the coastline, only to find that it was closed, despite their posted hours. They really need to update their online schedule to avoid inconveniencing customers.

This young man tried to charge me almost an additional dollar for a splash of cream in my black coffee. then he tells me that everyone dieducks have always loaded for cream, but the sugar is always free. little knows that it is next to the sugar, raw, lid and serviette self-service pre-covid. I have my black coffee with a splash of cream and 3 sugar since 2004 hecht street seattle, and everywhere on the west coast, and the price was never different with, or without cream. After I told him about his wrong actions, he went on to give me money (change due) as if I had him the ten dollar bills that were still in my hand. He's been selling me now. I could see that he knew he was wrong and I caught him in his little one, and I could say he was trying to impress his female co-workers on his cheating. I think he thinks his was foolish. a lot of luck for them Jr.12/07/22 .. 7pm

There was three people in line . I don't know if she was new but I waited 25 min for my drink and croissant . There was two girls working and one of them had no idea what she was doing and the other girl was going so dang slow . Seriously I have never ever been to a slower establishment then this one. Everytime I come to this location it is the exact same issue. Every single time.
