I love going here and i never have problems fr but i ordered one drink with boba and one without and they both had boba which wasnt a big deal but i told them that one had no boba and they took it back and brought me a new one but when we got home there was still boba in it like they just strained it out instead of just making a new one. idk man

I've been visiting this restaurant for a while now, and I've noticed that the young lady with purple hair and glasses frequently gets our orders wrong. Since we're local neighbors, she sees us quite often. Unfortunately, her attitude isn't great, and she never apologizes for the mistakes.

I ordered my usual drink, which usually takes no more than two minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, during this visit, I felt treated unfairly and I'm quite dissatisfied with how things were handled. The staff member who assisted me seemed a bit confused when taking my order. After waiting for 10 minutes and noticing that the customer who came in after me received her drink before I did, I decided to check on my order. When I looked behind the counter, I saw my drink sitting there. Although the staff member said she would check on it for me, she quickly turned her attention to a new order that was printing instead of addressing my request. This felt deliberate and I believe it should be reported. I hope management addresses this issue, as it could negatively impact their business.
