Dairy Queen - Hemphill

Just had lunch at Dairy Queen in Hemphill. There was a lady behind the counter named Joyce. She was so very sweet and personable. She really represents your company well.

I have never been so insulted in my life. I treat my granddaughters to Dairy Queen at least once a week. When I asked about our food we had been waiting for over 30 minutes) they said what did you order? I said never mind give me my money back. Joycesaid we are backed up. I said you should have told us. I will just go somewhere else. She said with a very nasty attitude dowhat you gotta do. With shock on my face she repeated it. We will never frequent this Dairy Queen again.

Waited in line for over 15 mins, then parked on the side for another 20-25 mins waiting on a burger and fries. Customer service is very slow and disappointing!

This is the best Dairy Queen that my family has eaten at in years! We have eaten at this restaurant several times, lately. Their chicken baskets and Blizzards are outstanding! My husband loves the Belt Buster! My grandchildren love the burger kidsmeals! The restrooms are clean and stocked. The building is older, but it is clean. Occasionally, there is a fight to keephouse flies out of the restaurant.

The crew working the day we went which was friday July 8th, were all so sweet and knowledgeable. The cashier lady was just the sweetest. We had a great experience. Thanks guys!
