The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is centrally located in Helmstedt. Breakfast is good. Dinner at the restaurant is just as delicious, but takes too long to prepare. There were two tables and we had to wait 50 minutes. What are you doing when the restaurant is full? Unfortunately, it also has a negative effect on trainees. In case of misbooking, guests were cured and vaccinated. There was no explanation of how to avoid misbooking and, if necessary, how to adjust the procedure. A question whether you can go to the bar with 8 people in the evening was rejected for the reason that you would have only 5 seats. That was very surprising if you don't need sales, we're going somewhere else.

Super hotel. Top price/performance. Apartment under the roof with cozy sofa corner. Bathroom with window and separate shower/bath. The fireplace room invites you to cozy dinners. The menu offers a good home kitchen. No more and no less. Location of the hotel is good. Near downtown. It's not far to the highway. This hotel is definitely recommended. Cons: no elevator, slow Wi-Fi/Internet.
