This place and the Burger King on Ecluid have horrible service. Shame on the owners not the staff.

I have always had a good customer service experience, and the pizza is consistent with the expectation. One time only I got a hot and ready that was old , but they replaced it with a friendly attitude.Parking: The location is a little easy to miss while driving, but there is a lot of parking available.

Service has definitely improved in the recent months. Wait times for online orders and DoorDash orders has improved substantially. In late Spring, early summer the average wait time when picking up Doordash orders was at least 30 minutes but there were times I waited for an hour and a half for 1 pizza. Had to keep reminding them whose order I was waiting for. During this time, they would frequently turn walk-in customers away, after they waited in line for 20+ minutes. I placed an order online and arrived 25 minutes after it was supposed to be done and they hadn 't even started it yet-2 hours later I got 1/2 of my order, asked for a refund and was told I would have to come back the next day to speak with a manager. Long story short, they couldnt find my $70 order in the system the next day, was told to come back the next day, which was ridiculous and even after all of that, they never did refund me anything. They offered me a free pizza. I would have been happy with they just making me what I ordered and paid for...
