Pizza Hut - Heber Springs

Placed order for delivery in Heber Springs... The guy pulls up and never gets out and leaves.. we call pizza hut and asked what was going on. No one could give an answer and was very rude and still never delivered!!!! Will not be ordering from there again!!!

It was delicious! Great customer service. We had drive-thru and it was ready and hot!Parking: There is a lot of parking spaces close and a little farther away if you're pulling a boat or camper.

I'm just sayin this is really getting weird when I can only understand a person taking my order totally being frustrated by my questions and very obviously sighing with my 3 questions.. 1 was what she thought, wanted a personal opinion, who dosent, just trying to be personable, after all I work right beside our home town pizza hut, then at the end after hearing alot more sighing, I asked if I could add a tip, angry sigh then dial tone! Wow I'm like worried now ? so I call back and actually talk to our store! Yay! Just want people to know our home town employees would never be like this! Okay people America is becoming so corporate dig before you make harsh reviews on our hometown workers who have absolutely no control over customer service up top!This is against the call people and the corporation the home town lady smoothed the rudness over but yall need to do something! Geez

I ordered a supreme pizza for dinner last night it looked terrible it was mainly sausage and had no vegetables on it !!
