Pizza Hut - Heber Springs

Placed order for delivery in Heber Springs... The guy pulls up and never gets out and leaves.. we call pizza hut and asked what was going on. No one could give an answer and was very rude and still never delivered!!!! Will not be ordering from there again!!!

Clean, great staff, but no buffet. I took a star off because I searched by buffet, and they haven't had one for 3 ½years.

If you're going to have hours posted on your door, you need to honor those hours. We drove 15 minutes just to have a quiet evening and eat a pizza on Saturday, October 14th. We got there at 9:45 p.m.. Your hours posted were lobby closing at 10:00 p.m. We called and got us a sarcastic response from the employee that answered the phone and the manager would not even speak to us. And we could hear the conversation in the background and how he was saying he didn't care. Newsflash! It's a small community and a small world. Change the rules in the middle of the ball game and treat people poorly, it will come back and haunt your business. You will not see our business again. I recommend people bypass this business. And yes I am doing a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate.
