I've been coming to Noble House for years on end and I've always enjoyed my experiences there. But after last night it's made me never want to return again. As far as I'm aware there are new management and last night the only waitress there was put through literal hell because she made a mistake on an order. Me and my friend along with others in the restaurant had to listen to you screaming at her for over half an hour as well as even chasing her out into the restaurant whilst she was attempting to carry and serve food. The poor woman was trying to keep a brave face and I have no idea how she managed it as even your delivery driver sat there and said he'd report this if it continued as it was clearly bullying. There is absolutely NO need to treat your staff so badly and I'm writing this to hopefully make you realise how saddening it was to see a person be followed repeatedly and screamed at by your customers.

We did regularly order from noble house. The food is amazing. However if you would like it delivered be warned it takes forever. The last 2 occasion we have waited at least 1 hour over the delivery time communicated. Approx. 2 hours. Great Chinese but you need to sort out your delivery service.
