Believe the hype. It lived until the booking and more. If you eat in such a facility, or it is equivalent, the food is without accusations. Every place like this will be a good meal. What matters, and I think what their stars deserve is the amazing staff and service. All the many small things to take care of you and take into account your needs and interests, that is what the meal is taken from simply great to world class. It's expensive, but every Michael restaurant is usually. By far the best I had. I don't want to be cruel about other fine facilities, but French laundry is always spoken in Yountville, and I just have to say that in both of these blown FL dim out of the water.

We had the best meal of our life here before COVID. We also had a delicious dinner we picked up last year, but the restaurant in the restaurant is not to be missed. Simply spectacular... in the delivery of the courses we were always speechless. The artistry, quality and impeccable attention to detail are no second. The Wagyu, the Madai and the Nodoguro courses were particularly good. The printed menu and the peasant seeds are also a fantastic finish. We cannot wait to experience seasonal variations.

Delicious food. We tried both the vegetarian and meat menus and we very impressed. The plating was absolutely beautiful.
