Faithful to his identity and his touch of remarkable originality, we again enjoyed ourselves at the ephemeral moment! From the fun mouth to dessert and coffee the service was exemplary, that said, it is not strange for a chef as competent as professional to be at the head of such an exceptional restaurant. Not to mention the elegant decoration and the beautiful dress of the plates.
