Kemp Thai - Haywards Heath

I'm not sure why my previous review was not saved, but this place is amazing. I ordered online and it said delivery would take 70 minutes, which was a little long but understandable. The spring rolls were tasty, although they looked a bit squished. The dumplings were small but delicious, and the pad thai was generously portioned and flavorful. The moo shu pork was also very tasty. I have ordered from this restaurant a few times now and have always been impressed with their great food and service. Highly recommend!

We ordered the vegan pad thai and it was absolutely amazing! We also ordered the vegan penang curry, which was incredibly spicy. After calling to explain the mistake, they arranged for a milder curry to be delivered to us for free. The customer service was incredible and the new curry was delicious. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Many thanks to the lovely and courteous staff member who took our call, they truly made our evening. Thank you for the incredible food and amazing customer service.

We recently ordered a farewell dinner at this restaurant and were surprised by how quickly the food was served. Unfortunately, most of the food was cold for some reason. The chicken massamam was especially bad as it was cold, chewy, and overboiled. The carrots were raw, not even al dente. The shrimp were rubbery and the fish cakes were the worst I have ever tasted. I gave them a chance and complained, asking for a replacement. However, the second round was just as bad, so I switched to beef but the problem persisted. Even with a second chance and an apology from the restaurant, the food was still a disappointment. I will not be returning.

I regularly get my Thai food from this place and it has always delivered. it is a little expensive, but eating is authentic and always comes hot and in good time. some people complain about how long it takes, but order on Friday/Saturday...Night too peak time and this place is super busy (I have been there when I collected food and the phones never stopped ringing). I love spicy eating and actually spent some time in Thailand and did a series of cooking classes, I was the one who was always happy to add an extra chili or two to my food....ab.... I went thai hot and it was definitiw the upper end of my spicy card: so warn her! always great and delivery kerl always friendly and find our simple place.

Have had a few problems before but gave them another go. Our order was wrong, they sent a chicken dish which should have been vegetarian and then had to wait a further 40 minutes for a replacement. They didn’t seem bothered by the mistake. Ordered...a mild meal and it came with chilli’s in with the seeds and it certainly wasn’t mild. 2 of our group ordered the same meal both with beef and following day they both ended up unwell, everyone else was fine. Will never use again as there is always a problem or long delay in delivery. Very poor.
