Taco Bell - Hayward

Usually get my order without mistakes. Staff is cool

I love taco bell. This location is one that I often go to, I skip the one nearer to me because it doesn't have a drive through. Going back to this location, they seem to always forget the napkins...a small but consistent annoyance. It's happened even when I asked for napkins. They don't hold back on the sauces though! I think this is a faster location as well inregards to wait time.

Whatever the crew that was there Sunday 29th of August 2021. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to you all. Your customer service was excellent. I just got off a long work day and had to door dash for a few more hours. Your smiles behind the mask) and your assistance gave me my second wind for my day. The food was hot and fresh as well. They advertise having breakfast, but never seem to have have eggs, you know, the main ingredient in every breakfast item they claim to serve.

I experience a rude employee before I even entered. I drive a government vehicle I feel the employee judge me based on my job and was rude. I chose to go to a different place where my business was welcome
