McDonald's - Hayward

I mean.. it's McDonald's. You know what you're getting here. This is a pretty good one as McDonald's goes though. Treat yourself.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! They may need a little extra time in the morning to get things moving smoothly, as it can get busy, but they work hard to keep up.

My friend received poor service today at this restaurant. With only 4 people working, someone should always be at the register instead of in the back. After waiting 15 minutes with no service, he walked out frustrated and threw away the food. The staff should be more efficient and not make customers wait longer than 4 minutes. They should consider hiring more employees.

The service at this restaurant is very poor. I placed a mobile order for curbside pick up, only to waste time, gas, and energy dealing with terrible customer service. It's important to always check your order before leaving, as they often forget items and require you to plead for what you've already paid for. The employee handling curbside pick up was rude, and the store manager May appears indifferent to customer complaints. It seems like McDonald's has really declined in quality.

This is a lovely restaurant with a delightful atmosphere and outstanding service. Thank you! The staff deserves a pay increase for their excellent work. Best wishes!
