Mcdonald's - Hayward

Very nice place, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. Thank you. They should give those nice ladies at that store a raise. Greetings.

Drive through attendant (02/19 approx 615pm) doesn 't know the menu, then they snuck in spicy nuggets instead of what was ordered. I did not choose to take the reciept because normally they are good at taking the correct order. Kids wont eat the food and I am out the money. Real freaking nice.

They got our order wrong. The store smelled like rotten garbage. We will not be back.Went back. Still a nasty store. You have to use the kiosks to take your own order. Prices have almost doubled. What are you doing to earn that $20 a hour? Its definitely not customer service or cleaning the store.

Waited 4 mins in the counter. No one came to take order. Placed order in the machine. Took my table placement and sat. No dine in customer. My order wasnt brought to my table. I heard the staff scout out ti say order ready. I waited for it to be brought to my table. 3 mins passed no sign of it. Went to the counter it was sitting there for me to pick it up.Horrible service. If it was really a busy day I understand. It was just bunch of lazy staff with attitude.
