Jack In The Box - Hayward

Wrong food even after verbally verifying after paying, and cold fries. For $18..This world SUCKS SO BAD NOW!

The food itself is good but the staff is very bad, they serve in a very bad manner and in a very ugly way, I will never come to this Jack's again.

Almost everyday we bought breakfast in this store, but the staffs are working like a robot. The service is too slow, and they also cutting my receipt till the barcode that I hoping I can scan so I can get a points for rewards but the staff almost doing it everyday. The name in the receipt is Karina. We loved the food except for the staffs.

Food was hot and made to order. Staff was friendly. Great job! Fries were hot and crispy. If you never tried the egg rolls, don't hesitate and be sure to ask for the sweet and sour. Their egg rolls are my favorite and always hot and crispy!
