Bidra med feedbackWe are here several times. this place is easy to miss and I have to admit, it doesn't look tempting. the place is simple, served warung style eating. her huh is crispy and damp, so delicious. the meals are served quickly without fuss and at $12 on...absolute bargin. one of my favorite places for a quick and easy dinner. a certain one must do it.
I love Indonesian eating, but the gado -gado was not on the running, nor was the nasi goreng istemawa! the chickensatay was really good and the Indonesian drinks were the kind of dingen they could see in a Javanese campaign. on a table inside the sliding door (which remained open) was very cold at a winter night. Apart from that the floor coverings were unstable, so when they moved the chair on which they sat, the whole table-moving spilling drinks etc. everything in all was not brilliant experience and there are better Indonesian food shops close.
We stumbled over this place. eating was tasty, a great worth, and we felt like we were back in bali. loving it
I visited with a friend yesterday and 3 children. the nude is in order, but a tade too salty. my friend and I ordered both the cocosy dish, but the hen was hard and everything (tofu, tempeh) was tasteless. the suppe was okay. that was our first visit and I think we're going to kingsford for a much better Indonesian food.
Newly opened indo joint. Those who are familiar with the growing but still limited, indo food scene in sydney, will be quite happy to know that podo offers 'jajanan ' (street food tidbits). Pastel (veg/chick pasties indo style with vermicelli) 3.25/5 Mie ayam bakso (dry chicken...noodle with beef meatballs) 3.25/5 Bakso goreng (giant fried meatballs) 3.5/5 Not a bad place to swing by if you fancy some indo food in chinatown area. Service can be patchy, perhaps due to opening teething issues.
