I don't care what anyone says and chef hats are meaningless because this is the greatest store ever of all-time and i would and do gladly risk adult onset diabetes for the promise of eternal milk tea because despite the gruff and at times rude service gong cha is the best thing OF ALL-TIME of all-time because sugar

Decided to get something different and ordered chocolate shake, it was so sweet. Later on it occurred to me I could request the amount of sugar and ice. Now I am used to ordering 1/4 sugar and no ice, that helped to improve the taste. I don't care for the taro flavour as it tastes artificial. I shall stick to the classic pearl milk tea. thernbdiary.com

I love gong cha so much. the tea actually tastes like it has been brewed (not sure if they use powder or brew it but it doesn't taste like powder) the prices are quite cheap and the service was fast! 100% recommend

The tea was very tasty. It offers a wide variety. It is a nice choice to have your own cup of drinks and take it to the movie not far away. Much better than the coke and pop corn that you can get from the event store. The part made the tea extra taste is the cream top, which some how is not so healthy. Be careful.

Gong Cha is far superior to the competition because its tea is fully flavoured and strong. And because of the 3J topping, which for just a bit extra cost gives you a yummy mixture of herbal jelly, pearls, and pudding. My all-time favorite bubble tea anywhere is milk foam black or oolong with no sugar and 3J. Went through several loyalty cards last summer with this one drink alone. But... bought one recently after a winter break, and it's gone up to well over $7 !! That's over my reasonableness limit for a bubble tea, even if it's a meal substitute, because you can still get a reasonable small meal for $7. Or 2 matcha soft-serves, or a whole tray of Thai sweets... Gong Cha is not alone in charging crazy prices for inexpensive ingredients just because they can, but they've lost me. If on the other hand you're OK with the price, try Gong Cha instead of the others, you may like it a lot better. Rating 5.0 for the drink, reduced for the disengaged staff and the huge price gouge.
