Bidra med feedbackI placed a click and serve order on 26/02/24 at this restaurant. Two cars that arrived after us were served before we were. When we inquired with an employee, she said she would check and get back to us. A young man brought out our order, which was cold and missing pieces. It should not be difficult to put cheese on a cheeseburger. When we tried to address this issue with him, his response was simply "okay" before quickly scurrying away. This lack of customer service was disappointing. Perhaps this staff member could benefit from some training on how to better communicate with customers. My frustration lies more with his lack of communication skills, rather than being angry. I hope he can improve in the future.
This McDonald's location has incredibly slow service, consistently providing a frustrating experience. It is always the same; incredibly slow and unhelpful.
We opted for a drive-thru at McDonald's... regretting it now. The French fries were cold and they were out of strawberry milkshakes. It had been a while since I had McDonald's, and it will be even longer before I give it another try.
I would give it zero if was an option. Last time we visited for take away, no chips were included with our meal deals. We understand human error and let it pass. We thought we had our bad experience so it is all good from here. Visited again this evening. I ordered a happy meal, a big tasty and a mc plant for my vegetarian girlfriend. And a share box of mozzarella sticks. I checked the bag and felt two boxes. On arrival home, I had a single portion of mozzarella sticks and no mc plant. It was two mc tasties instead. I live in st ives so not a quick enough trip for us to eat together. Not going to play the gamble of drive through again fully disappointed
For the past week my family and I have been very sick after eating here. We found hairs in our food but by that point it was too late. Every time I improve and start eating again I’m sick again. Not worth being so poorly. Never eat here.
