Subway - Hayden

I placed an online order, got the email saying order is ready at 2:40 and when I show up to pick it up, the doors were locked with a handwritten note on the door saying “re open at 4”. I was on my way to work with no time to stop anywhere else which is why I ordered ahead of time, and due to the nature of my job I won’t be able to leave to get anything else either. A DoorDash driver also tried to pick up an order while I was there but couldn’t. I get that things happen but if you have to close the store, at least turn off the online ordering! Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Currently sitting outside of the store. Doors are unlocked and no one is here. Ordered on the app, said it would be ready around 3:30pm and said it was received and confirmed. It’s now 3:41p. App says the order is done but nothing is done. I’d avoid this store and go to Walmart across the street. Apparently they have staffing issues. Staffing issues are fine, but don’t take money and orders and mark them as complete if no one is here.

Filthy restaurant and restroom. Urine on floor, no soap. Out of a few items, tuna looked old. Waiting to get sick.
