Pizza Hut - Hawthorne

The food was delicious, but the curbside pickup ended earlier than expected and without any prior notice.

Tonight was my second time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it’s the second time they’ve messed up my order. I specifically requested stuffed crust, but they sent a regular crust instead. I also asked for ranch dressing for my wings, but they didn’t include any. On my first visit, I received someone else’s entire order. They really need to improve their attention to detail.

The delivery driver called me and wasn't honest with me. This is why I often hesitate to order pizza because I already know I'll be asked to go out of my way to meet them. I don't understand why Pizza Hut's website has a contact button if they're not going to use it. Instead, the delivery driver called me with a bunch of excuses, saying he couldn't come to my door and that I needed to meet him by his car. It was all just a lot of nonsense.

Pizza was fire like always!!! The wings and my other side was amazing as well. Nice and hot?

The person who helped me informed me that my food was not quite ready, and it would be a short wait. I waited in my car as I did not want to crowd the interior, and to my surprise, when it was ready he brought my order outside to my car. This made me feel very safe! Also enjoyed the new Beyond Sausage very much!
