If your looking for fresh good food customer service like you use to get at any McDonald’s DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE, not only are they rude as hell when your order is wrong they don’t care, I have left messages for manager Rocio and have called the Piazza number they gave by the drive thru and of course no one has called me back just like there staff they don’t care! It’s unbelievable that even the corporate people don’t care that’s why there employees and so call managers don’t care if they got your order wrong MANY TIMES or that there staff is rude, they are probably trained that way SAD

My experience here at mcdee 's was good and bad. The good: the food. The bad: the men 's bathroom.I went to use the bathroom, and upon entering a wave of stinch, stink, the worst smell mix of of poop, pee, and something that died in there. The entire bathroom fithy with lots of pee on the floor a poop smeared. There is powder in the toilets and urine stalls thrown around of what I don 't know. I had to hold my breath due to the intense smell. I asked the manager about it, and I got an answer, "we are trying to clean it. "A rich company as this that can 't keep their bathrooms clean. So very sad. I like McDonald 's, too, but that is unacceptable to the public.

Everytime i go i tell them i want my food fresh and they always give me old food. Today i asked for fresh food and the fries was old. I asked for them to remake them they told me to pull forward when he gave me the bag back i could tell that they put the same fries inside the grease. My 5 year old also said they tasted funny. Im not going back to this location anymore.

Kinda slow because class is out there was some kids running around in socks. The monitor wasnt working.
