Bidra med feedbackWe have been dining at this restaurant for several years now. While the music and general ambiance are still good, I must say that the service and food quality have declined. The prices are not low, but the food used to be of better quality. I ordered a beef lasagna for over £12, but it arrived without even a salad garnish on the side. The dish had more cheese than meat. My friend had the cannelloni, which had very little spinach. Under the previous management of 'Andreas Marinelli', we were warmly greeted, served a bowl of mixed olives and warm mini pizzas, and sometimes offered a complimentary drink. Andreas always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We noticed other guests receiving olives and free shots, but we were offered nothing. As long-time loyal customers, this was very disappointing. None of the staff seemed to recognize us, except maybe for the younger waiter. We were very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.
Nine of us went to Tarantino's for a birthday celebration and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The food was incredible and the staff were extremely kind. They even surprised my dad with a bottle of Prosecco as a birthday gift, which left us all amazed. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Thank you to the staff for making our evening so memorable and for putting up with my sense of humor. Absolutely amazing!
We had the most amazing time in the lovely restaurant! We had the bottomless brunch which is extremely good value (1.5 hours of Prosecco and 2 courses for £31.00! Amazing! The food was delicious, all of the staff were so good, really attentive, without being intrusive. I have eaten at Tarantinos many times and the food is always fabulous, but the bottomless brunch we had on Tuesday 13th Feb was really outstanding. There's also a really nice, chilled atmosphere. We will be back soon!
We had another wonderful evening celebrating my grandson's birthday at this restaurant. The food and service were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
Nice warm welcome on arrival and had a choice of a few tables. The restaurant had a nice Italian feel to it although signs of neglect in places, some stained worn out seats, scuffed wallpaper paint etc but overall fine. Service was good throughout our meal, although staffed asked if we needed more drinks far too many times. We all ate from the 3 course festive menu and all the dishes were presented well tasted great, good value for the price. Plus all the coffees and hot chocolates tasted great were nice hot too, which isn't always the case especially with floater coffees. So overall we all had an enjoyable meal we all said we would come back.
