Best home cooked meals on the menu !!! I love the food here and the staff are very attentive and sweet! Thank you for the many years of good eats! I finished college in Haverhill and moved out the area but always come back to visit and grab a plate !!

Great food, great people, low cost. The roast beef dinner is to kill for... I get a luncheon portion for dinner and can barely finish it. If you get the dinner portion, you're guaranteed to take about half of it home with you, which will make your doggy happy. The fish and chips is among the best in the Merrimack Valley too.

A-1 Deli has been my favorite spot to eat since moving to Haverhill two years ago. The guys behind the counter are a riot and Paula is an absolute delight. I’ve explored the menu and I’ve never been let down. The food is always fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t been. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We’ve lived in Methuen for about 4 years now and I’m so bummed that I’ve gone all this time without knowing about this place! No frills, just damned good, full belly, happy fat smile on your face, tastes like Nana made it, food!
