Big Apple Pizza Bistro - Havelock

Not sure what happened, but the service is extremely slow for delivery. A pizza was ordered and was told for one hour and 15 minutes for delivery? 2 hours later, I called to examine, and they said that it was sitting there waiting to go, should be here soon. I intend to explain if I was told when I called that it would be so long that I would have chosen to pick up or have done something else for dinner? the person I spoke with, I'm sorry I didn't take your order. I'm sure my pizza is cold when I finally get it? last order for delivery. It was for the past year or so slow, but that was extreme.

Order a ham and turkey sub got a big one that had a little ham in it and many vegetables, but no turkey. When they called back, they told me not to touch them and they would replace them. Who gets a sub and looks at the sandwich. McDonald?s wouldn't do this and the price for four little hams is ridiculous. I'm done with Big Apple who was my favorite place to eat. Later it goes on the hill. I should've ordered a veggie thing that was all I tasted. had to put all the meat on one side and throw the rest away.

Was interested in trying the garlic knots! Was disappointed when I honestly tried them, my expectations were somewhat higher. Good pizza! The garlic knots were too oily and not soft. Would recommend to get them, worry! In any case, the pizza and desserts recommend!!!!

Terrible, this has gone down the hill, $62 for 2 Giros and 2 small pizzas with very little lace, could hardly see the pizza sauce and maybe 1/2 teaspoon on Zhititi sauce in the Giros. What the hell happened to use to enjoy food there, won?t waste my money back there, just something that was good was the guy who delivered it to my business. I also forgot to mention that the Giro was cold and the pizza was slightly warm, I will certainly not recommend any of my customer base from my local store to go there, complete waste of time!

I did not expect the quality of the dinning area! Was much nicer than expected for a pizza place. Ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and it was amazing! Staff was very friendly and efficient. Definitely going back.
