Bidra med feedbackFirst this place was great, but I don't know what happened..every time I order online they never send my sauces..today I missed items from my order.if I called to ask. they said they had run out and not replaced my missing items. the eating was also cold smh..please do better guys..They were sooo good in the beginning.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Friday march 25th at 1 pm. First the kid behind the counter just looks at me and doesn’t talk then i tell him unm ive been on hold for 15 minutes already and he looks down at the phone and even gets more awkward because i was trying to place my order to pick up. Then he barely speaks up and then he got my food wrong. I was like ok ill eat something different but the. The smoothie came like 20 minutes after and the food another 10 minutes AND THE FOOD WAS WRONG TOO, missing the onions and the chicken!! is just a bunch ok kids with no supervision at all, worst cafe!BAYSHORE has by far the best customer service in the area and the manager is always around checking everything is done appropriately.
I ordered SUNRISE SUNSET, It’s the only flavor I order and the color of course it’s different. Sunrise sunset it’s orange. And this was only strawberry!! I’m very mad
If I could give zero stars I would give them immediately. I don’t know how they promote this type of meal and all I got was lettuce. Where is my shrimp? This was supposedly their new Cajun Shrimp wrap. Steer away from this location. It’s gotten worse
I stopped at this location and I highly doubt that I'll teturn. My daughter and I arrived at 8:25 I was actually surprised to see so many employees. There was 1 woman ahead of me who already placed her order. I would say a good 5 minutes passed before I was even addressed if you'd even call it that. The young man behind the counter just stared at me awkwardly until I finally said are you ready to take my order? Then I go to begin my order of a turkey bacon ranch when he informs me that the ovens are off. Your posted hours are until 9 I get it if I was there a few minutes before close but in all honesty when I worked in food service if someone walked in you were taking care of that customer . I managed to make it to the Patchogue location where I was greeted and served .I consider myself a patient person literally waited a half an hour for bagels this morning with a mere 7 people ahead of me but the reason I will return is because they continually addressed the customers making their patronage seem important.
