Minton - Hatley

It was our second time and it was even better the second time around. Everything was delicious and flavorful.

The server was not very attentive on arrival. We waited at least 20 minutes for him to offer coffee (we were there for brunch). He never offered or asked if we wanted a mimosa, which he did later for another table. Drinks were not listed on the menu so we did not know to ask for something alcoholic. Overall the food is always delicious and interesting at Minton.

Outstanding food, impeccably presented! The chef made the rounds himself, with extra details and good suggestions. We’ll definitely be back!

Totally delightful experience. Service was outstanding ... efficient, warm and caring. Setting in a traditional country home was perfect. Dishes prepared with locally acquired ingredients were creative and tasty too! Even the background music was an interesting selection!
