Hastings Dairy Store

Whenever I stop on my trips between Cloquet, Minnesota and Red Wing, this restaurant is always a fun and worthwhile detour. My dog eagerly awaits his treat at the window of my van - a pup cup of vanilla ice cream.

Delicious shakes...I always make a pit stop here! I adore the new charming store filled with knick-knacks and exciting new dishes to sample.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of cheeses and fresh dairy products. They are also known for their famous shakes, now available in multiple flavors for $1.50 for a small size. Their new location across the street is very well done.

Girlfriend took me for ice cream since this is her favorite spot for ice cream. Definitely wasn't disappointed ice cream is amazing cute little shop and can't beat the price. We definitely will be back a lot. ????

I was expecting a dairy bar but was very disappointed when I walked in. There is not much to this place. There is a freezer with some ice cream choices but not much. I counted 6 flavors of ice cream from California. The refrigerator has milk and eggs andcheese and again very little and all of this you can get at a local grocery store for less. The highlight of the place is theirshakes and you have to serve yourself. Small medium and large. Three flavors. Vanilla chocolate and strawberry. And if you wantyou can sit at the counter. Not much imagination here.
