Best chicken sandwich I have ever gotten from a fast food place the kid working the drive thru was awesome no wait not rushed to order repeated order back and it was right way to go guys awesome job I left very happy

Went there this morning after the posted hours of operation and the dining room was locked. Nothing on the door to indicate the dining room was closed. Knocked on the door and nobody showed up. Cars were in the parking lot but we didn’t see anyone inside. Not the first time this has happened but will not be giving them anymore chances. Will never go back.

The general manager has some weird, irrational hatred for Arnold Palmer. This location is on my way home from work so I 've stopped by several times and always order an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade) for the drink with my meal. However, the last few times I tried to order it in the drive-thru, I 've been told that it 's against policy and when I specified that I meant the fountain lemonade (same price as the tea, unlike the fancy market fresh lemonade) I was told that they were instructed by the general manager to not give out such drinks. This is the first time I 've ever heard of such a thing from an Arby 's, let alone any restaurant (ever) so now I have to come inside to order and get my drink myself. I can confirm that the world did not, in fact, end when I mixed tea and lemonade at this location.

Food was as expected. The counter person was clueless and seemed half asleep. The family behind us asked twice for hot aujus and couldn't get any. There were several tables needing cleaning but they were ignored. The condiment area has several spills and also was being ignored. Obviously no adults or responsible person were working.

I recently visited an Arby's restaurant and I have to say, it was cleaner than my roommate's bedroom. I didn't have to dodge any dirty laundry or dishes on the way to the counter. And the staff was so friendly, I thought for a second I had accidentally walked into a Chick-fil-A. But nope, it was definitely an Arby's, and the roast beef sandwich I had was so delicious, it made me forget all about my messy apartment. If you're in the mood for some tasty fast food and a cleaner environment than your own home, this Arby's is the place to go!
