New Sogo Chinese - Hartselle

The service was very unfriendly and rude, and the establishment was not clean at all. My experience was quite disappointing, and I do not intend to return. It seems the restaurant has changed ownership multiple times, and currently, it appears that one woman is trying to manage everything by herself. Unfortunately, this has resulted in her taking out her stress and lack of sleep on the customers. She really needs assistance or should consider selling the business.

Great place, clean, friendly staff and the food is the best Chinese food me and my husband ever had!

Good service, good people, and good food. Up until i got food poisoning. Laying in bed for the whole day. I purchased their wonton soup and their house special fried rice. they both were great tasting and great temp when i picked them up. I would happily go back if i didn't get food poisoning.

Horrible service. Didnt like what I ordered and it was a problem. Still had to pay full price even though I didnt eat it. Manager was not in the building would put no stars if possible.

Decent atmosphere and food was fresh. Just your typical Americanized Asian food experience...
