Rickshaw Chinese - HARROW

Not an area we would normally venture into. Restaurant looked in need of a coat of paint but please don't be put off. Food and service excellent. Our party of ordered different starters and told the waiter that we were doing so that we could taste them all. What came out were plates piled high with delicious food easily enough for everyone to share. The rest of the evening when much the same. The place quickly filled up with regulars,  customers and waiters chatting about holidays/familys etc. A very enjoyable evening and I would recommend that you try it even if you do have to go outside your usual area.

Terrible customer service. They also got the order wrong and when asked about it they became defensive and was going to take hour to get to my house but it would take minutes to pick up when I live minutes from the restaurant. Just thought I'd warn you that the menu prices are wrong!

The customer service at this restaurant was horrible. They made mistakes with the order and when asked about it, they were defensive and wanted to take an hour to deliver it to my house, even though I live only five minutes away. Additionally, be cautious as the menu prices may not be accurate.

This is not a place we would typically visit, but we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant could use a bit of polish, but I hope it doesn't close down. The food and service were excellent. Our group of 8 ordered 8 different appetizers and requested that they be split so we could all try them. What arrived were 8 plates piled high with delicious dips that were perfect for sharing. The rest of the evening followed suit. The restaurant quickly filled up with regular customers, and the waiter engaged in friendly conversation about celebrations and families. It was a very enjoyable evening, and I would recommend that they venture outside their usual comfort zone.

This restaurant is terrible. If you order for delivery, it takes a very long time to arrive, resulting in cold food. Additionally, the workers seem to be unaware of the prices and change them arbitrarily. The portions are very small and not worth the money spent.
