Domino's - Harrogate

I waited for an hour and a half for a small cheese pizza at this restaurant. When it finally arrived, it was cold and missing cheese in the center, most likely due to being left under a hot lamp for too long. I found the pizza to be inedible and submitted a complaint online. Despite providing pictures of my order, proof of calling the restaurant, and my order confirmation, I was only offered compensation if I had called the restaurant after receiving the order or had not accepted it. After waiting so long, I was not willing to check the pizza on my doorstep or wait to contact the restaurant again. I suggest supporting local eateries in Harrogate instead of wasting money on a company that lacks care for their customers.

Absolutely disgusting experience. When I found two hairs in my pizza and spoke to the staff about it, the guy on the phone told me to just pick them out and show them to him. When I explained that wasn't possible, he simply hung up on me. Unacceptable.

The restaurant failed to send the order and lied about attempting delivery, claiming they tried the back door when we live in a flat without one. We tried calling multiple times but received no answer. The customer service was terrible, they hung up on us and did not resolve the issue. We waited two hours for nothing. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I wouldn't even give it one star.

Worst takeaway service I've had in the entire lockdown and I order a takeaway every week. The online order status is interesting. Rang up after an hour to ask why my order status had not even progressed to the ovens. Was told they were busy, and it would be another 45 mins. But guess what? It suddenly progressed pretty sure they'd just forgotten it. Anyway, it finally arrived lukewarm. Come on! At least get yourself out of jail! But no. It's a fail. Movie pizza night ruined.

Prompt delivery, always friendly, never got my order wrong. I've ordered from them dozens of times over 10 years. Couldn't be happier.
