Bidra med feedbackI needed three rooms so I needed a bit cheaper price than surrounding properties. By the reviews, Quality Inn offered a great price and had great reviews. So, I thought I would give it a chance. I purchased 3 rooms for one night. Each room was clean and tidy. I always test to see if the sink drains. I hate slow draining sinks or showers... don't know why but... LOL... Both the sink and the shower drained just fine. The toilet/shower room was very clean and the sink/dressing area was also clean and stocked with toiletries. The bed was a king-size bed which was neatly made and was clean... Yes... I did pull out the sheets at the foot of the bed to check for any critters.... There were none! The sheets and coverings were clean and fresh. I did watch some TV before falling asleep. The halls were quiet during the night. I did not hear anyone running up and down the hall or yelling and screaming or slamming doors. I did not have the free breakfast however, there were some folks there and the food looked freshly prepared. I found the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful in paperwork and helping us with parking a trailer that we had in tow. Overall, I would definitely stay again...no hesitations. Hope this helps. William Durham
In a town surrounded by hotels, this is not the one.We got a double room with double beds and they were the smallest double beds I have ever seen. They looked like twins beds and didn’t comfortably sleep two people in one, unless you were half on top of each other. Our AC was also so loud and would create a static like noise every so often that was even louder. It sounded like it was old and needed to be replaced. Because of this, we all had a hard time falling asleep due to the noise. On top of the AC unit, at about midnight, our fire alarm went off for no reason. We were all in bed and just able to sleep when it won’t stop going off. I went to use the phone in the room to call and that phone didn’t work or even have a dial tone. So I went downstairs and the person at the front desk had no clue what to do, which shows poorly on whoever manages this place as they must not train their employees well. She came up to our room and just took the alarm off the wall. I guess that the alarm was broken before but they just put it back on. I was told to google the phone number to call the front desk again and they seemed to have no idea why the hotel phone wasn’t working. The breakfast was mediocre. A small corner for hot food and a waffle maker, but of course, we went down late because breakfast is only open until 10am and we were up till 1 am dealing with the alarm. The had a few slices of bread and yogurt and watered down juice when we went down. The only redeeming quality is that it is so close to food establishments, but there are also a dozen of other hotels with in walking distance that it would not be hard to find a room elsewhere.Would have liked to bring this all up to the manager in the morning but when I went to check out, he didn’t even bother to ask me about my stay.
My expectations of what you get in a hotel have changed but this Quality Inn was a relief. At least the room was updated clean and the beds pillows comfy. All small appliances worked, the water was hot, the room was quiet, and the staff friendly. The room/space made for a comfortable stay. The con items: At times, the room seemed muggy so we kept AC going constantly, someone didn't know how to use the coffee maker, so we found grounds in the water reservoir and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. But I would definitely stay again because of the cleanliness and the great location close to restaurants/shopping and downtown was easily accessible.
Clean, comfortable bed; clean and updated bathroom with a new tub/shower unit that drained properly and a fan that works! Corners of room were dirty, hallways needed vacuuming , HVAC unit was loud, especially when it turned on. No problem hearing people in the hallway. Hot breakfast was chaotic and not worth the effort although if you go early, it will work out fine. One waffle machine and a long line. Overall, acceptable, safe, we would stay here again but maybe see if a quieter room is an option. Front desk was pleasant.Walkability: You can walk to a couple different restaurants. Easy on and off 81.
The most horrible experience ever. They ran out of breakfast and when enquired if there is anything that will be refilled, the front desk women started yelling. Being in service business the least training you should have is ‘how to talk to the customer’. Terrible experience ever. We will never visit this place even accidentally.
