Did not get my Doordash I ordered lots of food nothing came

Though I was put off by how the outside looked, It was actually very very good. I'm very impressed with how hot the food was and the flavor aswell! I read some nasty reviews saying the staff was unkind, But they were very friendly to me. I got my order hotand on-time. the food was genuinely worth the money, Though portions are a bit small even for thier smalls, I think it was moneywell spent. And yes I will be back again!

Terrible delivery experience. Tried to order through Grubhub, but was delivered through the company itself instead. Made us walk over half a mile to get the food from the side of a busy road instead of meeting us at the delivery point we set, in a parkinglot. Order was wrong too, ordered sweet and sour chicken and received general tso?s. Overall super frustrating experience

Absolutely horrible customer service, my roommate and I ordered two separate orders from there. She ordered hers from DoorDash and DoorDash brought her the wrong order. The great wok delivery driver was supposed to bring my order but ended up bringinghers by coincidence. My roommate ended up getting her food but I did not get my order. I called them and the owner was extremelyrude and accused my roommate of stealing my food when my food never arrived to my place. This could have been solved easily ifhe just said they would send another order over but now I did not get my food nor a refund.

Fresh and hot, delicious. My food was ready and was able to easily pick up curb side right in front of restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Been eating Great Wok for several years Best Chinese food in Harrisonburg/Rockingham.
