Little Caesars Pizza - Harrison

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, thanks to a very polite young man who provided exceptional customer service. He greeted me immediately upon my arrival and was quick with the customers ahead of me in line. He kept me informed about the wait time, completed my transaction efficiently, and even went the extra mile to help get my pizza ready faster. He also offered me extra butter or ranch dressing because he didn’t catch my name when I ordered over the phone. It was a small oversight, but I truly appreciated the gesture to make things right. I wish I had caught his name because he was fantastic! Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

This restaurant is severely understaffed and poorly managed. They're never ready on time, even when I call ahead—I've experienced this multiple times. I really want to support local businesses, but this place is beyond frustrating! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1
