Starbucks - Harker Heights

I’m not sure what’s going on, but it now takes 20 to 25 minutes to get coffee here. This is quite disappointing!

I visit Starbucks on the weekends and always enjoy great service. The food is delicious whenever I order it, and my coffee is consistently tasty no matter what I choose. It's one of my favorite spots in Harker Heights.

I've visited countless Starbucks locations across the United States, and this morning, Sam made my coffee using the same five ingredients I always choose. However, today, it tasted utterly divine! Every time she prepares my drink, it has the most incredible flavor. Sam is fantastic—make sure to ask for her!

I go by my middle name David, because it 's easy to spell. I go to most of the branches starting from Clear Creek, to Harker Heights and in between. Yes sometimes the services are mid, coffee is lacking, other times I 'm met with beautiful smiles and great starts to my morning.Thank you for getting my mornings started every day and providing great conversations, Especially Sam the current NVP of this location. Sorry Sam for not being able to properly say goodbye even though I said I would, every time I came back you were off shift. But you got my info anyway, and good luck with your future in real estate.

I've ordered inside and waited over twenty minutes to get my caramel iced-coffee. It seems that they prioritize their customers in the drive thru than the customers inside. I've counted over fifteen cars that came after me and got their beverages. Even the family of a father, mother, and daughter looked miserable waiting for their drinks inside the complex. They felt so much relief when they got up and picked up their three small beverages and left the complex. alAdditionally, they have too many lights turned on. I recommend bring a pair sunglasses when ordering inside.
