Bidra med feedbackWait 5 minutes to be seated. Waited 30 minutes to get our food. The last time we came here the place was closed. Maybe there is a new staff of people working here and the cook could have been new. We order off of the menu, which was limit because they were updated it. The food was awful, the vegetable was under cooked and hard, the shrimp was over cooked and was like rubber, rice was balls of goo. The portion was like child size. The staff spent more time talking to each other. We heard great things about this place and were seriously disappointed. Please pay some more money and hire some who knows how to cook and a staff more engaging with customers. Do not waste good money eating at this dump.
I stopped in for lunch. The service was good. Frances was sweet. The location is in a busy shopping center with plenty of parking. The grilled food was as great as my selection and chosen sauce. Come select what you want, and the stir fry master will prepare a great dish. It was served hot and fresh.
This is kind of one of my go-to places when I want a variety of meat...They take care of my request to cook in real butter and it always taste great. My only issue is that the price has risen to over 30 bucks.
The food was pretty great! The service was not. We had no idea what to do or how it worked. We were seated with menus containing several redacted items, and then nothing. After sitting there, confused, for maybe 10 minutes, we called someone over to explain. She did, though we felt we were imposing on her time to do so. (There were two other tables of 2 people in addition to ours. Not a rush of any kind. We were sent up to the line and had no idea the base was supposed to have been in our bowls along with the meat, etc. We got to the grill and were then informed we'd done it wrong. Luckily, the grill ppl were fantastic! They explained everything to us, step by step. Hesitant to try them again, so we are searching elsewhere.
I used to come to this place all through highschool and what can I say except this was an absolute disappointment. I understand a skeleton crew but when 2 people can’t figure out who’s the server and leaves the customer alone for 10 mins that’s just bad service. Also half of the menu is blackout not because they don’t have ingredients the chefs are just too lazy to pull the ingredients to make the meal. when we got the bowls to make our own meal, half of the veggies were bad and not worth touching and the tasting spoon bin was full of sauce and the chef just filled the mystery sauce bin with spoons. Finally the floors feel like a frat house sticky and nasty. If you don’t like that feeling I recommend learning how to fly
