Bidra med feedbackThis place is an absolute gem. We had such a wonderful time on our first visit. The atmosphere was great with live music and beautiful scenery. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the owners and staff were very so friendly and helpful. It's also family-friendly which is such a plus. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to visit again.
I am posting this review here because I attempted to leave an honest and factual review on their Facebook page, but was blocked within five minutes. Despite having been a loyal customer for the past 8 years and driving 2 hours to get there yesterday, my experience was extremely disappointing. We were turned away at the entrance and told to leave because the restaurant was at capacity and closed for the day. With no cell service, we sat on the side of the road for 45 minutes watching numerous cars being turned away. Eventually, a worker informed us that the township had capped the capacity this year. I was confused as to why we were being denied entry when so many others were leaving. It seemed as though the owners had not provided a plan for reaching capacity, leaving their employees to deal with upset customers. Despite my attempt to provide feedback, I was met with childish behavior as they blocked me from their page. It is important to note that there were significant issues with customer satisfaction on that day. It is unfortunate that the owners did not take responsibility or apologize for the inconvenience. Therefore, I advise caution to anyone planning to visit as you may face being turned away without warning. My sympathy goes out to the staff who were caught in this situation and had to deal with the consequences of poor management. Be aware that if you have any issues, the owners are unlikely to address them and may simply block you in an attempt to cover up any problems.
During a weekend getaway with my partner, we visited Pond Hill Farm and had a great time. We had a few drinks, tried their pizza and soup (which was decent), and loved the festive atmosphere. We also took part in activities like pumpkin rolling and shooting apples out of a cannon. It's a great place to stop by.
Charming and highly recommended for visitors to the area. Enjoy picturesque trails, delicious treats like apple pie and fresh cider, and the chance to visit farm animals and enjoy occasional entertainment.
Came here twice for the wine tasting. It was $15 per person for 4 tastes and a souvenir glass. The Pond Hill White was my personal favorite. Highly recommend coming here in the fall!
