They have a very kind lady, she is the only person I can rescue from customer service, but the young people they have do not know how to treat customers well, they do it with anger, boredom and without desire, they are losing a lot of reputation with employees like those, They charge for extra things that are never asked for, the truth is that the customer service is an absolute disappointment!!!!

Website says close at 10 I went in at 9:53 tonite and all the ice cream was put up and he said they were closed. I am very disappointed

My glorious pookie bear works here. I love to order his special barbie ice creams! I would return here many times.

I doordashed from here and spent $22 but my order was missing all mix-ins I was charged for and was missing the waffle bowl completely. I was only refunded for half. Do NOT doordash from this location. They don’t care if it’s not you in front of them.

The Open sign was turned OFF and most lights in the store: turned off. Had to try the door to make sure that they were open. The lady barely wanted to take our order. Just stood there. It was really HOT inside and I asked why the lights were off, if they were going out of business. She replied NO. I asked for a vanilla shake. And she stated that she couldn't make it because she didn't have the mix. Husband asked if she could make chocolate shake. She said let me see, she went to the back, came back and said that she wasn't able to make the mix, because it was too close to closing and that it would spoil over night. Husband and son and I looked at eachother. I said let's leave, because somethings not right. We went to the next nearest Coldstone and got exactly what we wanted.
