Bidra med feedbackIf I could give them a 0 star I would. The older gentleman that works there is most rudest person I?ve ever encountered. I work in the service industry as well and I would never do what he did. The moment I ordered I was instantly given attitude we got 6 items every time we ask for an item he would rudely serve it. At the checkout was the stick that broke the camels back. They over charged us and told us that the prices had just changed overnight but the board still had the old prices. Not that we?re not willing to pay, but the way he addressed it was just ridiculously rude, he asked the cashier what seems to be the problem so she said? the price, he than rudely said yeah because the price went up?. Yeah that?s not a problem but maybe it should be changed on the board too the one that people look at when ordering and not on your computer where it comes to a surprise. It wasn?t the price change that made me mad and told him to take the food back it was the rudeness of his service that I couldn?t stand for. So never will I be eating here again.
I moved from NYC in 1968 and I haven't had a NYC pizza since then no pizza is like a NYC pizza in Milwaukie Oregon, on Monday Columbus day I went to Clackamas Town Center and ordered a cheese pizza from Sbarro's and loved it when I inquired about buying a whole pie they said we don't sell the whole pie. Why not I'd like to order a whole pie HOW can I get one ?
The owner is mean,he didnt knew how to deal with customers;i ordered a spinage stromboli to pick up,when i gets there he told me that he didnt have a spinage one ,and it will take 30 min to gats ready,and he told that it is my problem because i order online with no appology or anything,i had the same experience here before.dont expect any customer services
Jeremy the manager, was unuasually rude. I told him I had sabarros growing up as a kid and wanted to have a piece to remund me of my childhood, and he said quote unquote, i dont care, its all the same . I said your the manager?, I expect more from managers, and he just threw his hand up and kept walking. As a business owner, I was very disappointed in this type of management.
Something negative and something positive. For selling pizzas, this location seems to be out of pizzas a lot so usually have to wait 10-15 minutes for a pepperoni pizza to be made. However, the employee Kyla is great and provides excellent customer service. The other employees and the manager don?t seem to care.
