Bidra med feedbackIt took us over two hours to get our food because despite the fact that we had a reservation for our party of 8, an unscheduled party of 35-40 from a local youth basketball team walked in and the kitchen and management staff decided to put priority in them and bump literally every other ticket, causing massive delays restaurant wide. My toddler received his cheeseburger, but about one hour before any of the other 7 people in my party received our food. A glass of water, 20 mins…kids snow glove drinks and a glass of wine, 30 mins! When it was brought to the attention of the restaurant manager, she wouldn’t even make eye contact with my girlfriend or I, citing that it was incorrect and untrue that the other party took priority (even though the kitchen staff told our server to tell us what I said above . And if that wasn’t enough…at least 10 games ate my toddlers game chips off his card, didn’t reward him tickets, or just plain wouldn’t work with his power card. At one point, I brought the wizard of oz game to the attention of the game room staff and, as my toddler was seated on a stool in front of the game, she asked him to move to access the interior panels. However, she did so in a way that was rude, and abrasive stating “umm, excuse me, I need in there”. I apologized, lifted my toddler from the stool causing him to drop a toy from his pocket onto the floor next to the worker. Without missing a beat the worker kicked the toy to the side with her foot and opened the panel without another word. And if all that wasn’t enough….upon checking in I decided to purchase the VR experience for 5 out of the 8 members of our party…however, was not informed that VR experience was and HAD BEEN out of order for some time. Needless to say, I now have 3 power cards with no money left on them but three VR experiences, and two power cards practically full (as my gf and I didn’t even play… and with VR experiences on them as well. One phrase sums this family Christmas gift up..HORRIBLE
More selections for diabetics and teens also less spicy.
Overall was good experience. My food order was not done correctly so i only got to eat a pretzel stick not my chicken salad. However the salad looked good but i do not eat salad dressing and requested it done with dressing on side but it was all over the salad.
Our server was fantastic we went for the endless wing deal and even upgraded to truffle fries. They were out of the strawberry ice cubes for our watermelon margaritas our food came out cold only thing that really came out hot was the starters we ordered aside from that most of our wings were cold as well as fries. It didn’t add up to spending $100 with D&B but I didn’t have the heart to complain to the server who was absolutely fantastic.
The server we had said he was newer but we kept wondering why staff would put a newer guy on a table of 20+ people for a kids birthday party. We were stuck at the table wondering where he was, where the food for the first person that ordered was and why everyone else got their food first. I think if he was new he shouldn’t have been a server at our table, we are all generous and happy very easy going people and that dude ruined all the adults night. Every adult complained to me (the party host) about the service and why it was so confusing and hard to get his help. I was told by many adults they didn’t tip because they felt like he just didn’t help us all like he should have been able to at that level. Mind you we were the biggest party but the only party. I chose the less busy time in the restaurant for a reason. We all tried to be polite and take turns and keep the bills Separate for his sake. He told me when we got there that he was new still and was going to need some help with keeping up and on my head I’m like I came to a place that would help provide service to feed people and get drinks so I didn’t have to navigate that on top of a group of people and kids in a restaurant. The other staff that helped him out was really nice and knew right away an answer or got something we asked for and came back immediately. We all wish that the lady with the glasses was our server instead because it was total chaos when it came to the service. It really sucks because I think it impacted all our friends decision to come back again. 99% of the adults and kids (basically everyone but my partner and I and my child) had never been there and were so excited to finally get a chance to go. But unfortunately I think parties or big group tables will be a no go for us for awhile if not forever there. The games were a blast (the ones working) . The gifts are always cool. And the kiosk took more time to load a card than waiting in line at the front desk to get some. Hope this helps you
